Refund Policy

At SnacciT, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable experience. In the rare case where a refund is applicable, please refer to the policy below:

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Order canceled by you within 1 minute of placing it. Order canceled by SnacciT due to technical issues, ingredient unavailability, or delivery constraints. Food delivered was incorrect or damaged, with valid proof shared via in-app support within 24 hours.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Order canceled after 1 minute of placing it. Customer was unreachable or did not receive the order despite multiple delivery attempts. Order marked as delivered at reception/security but not collected by the customer.

Refund Timeline

UPI Payments: Refunded within 2–4 business days. P8 Wallet Payments: Refunded to wallet within 24 hours. Promo codes and coupons: Will be reissued if eligible and unused.
